Terms of Service

Key takeaway: By using this site or ordering from H Stones, you agree to these terms. They cover quotes, orders, payment, shipping, and how we handle disputes.

Acceptance of terms

By using the H Stones website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all wholesale partners and visitors.

About H Stones

H Stones supplies wholesale memorial stones to funeral homes, monument dealers, and memorial retailers across the United States. We are part of H Memorial Group. Our office is at 500 Richards Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95811.

Quotes and orders

Prices shown on the site are a guide for trade partners. A firm price is set when we confirm your quote. An order is accepted only after we confirm it in writing. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price is listed in error.

Custom products

Many of our memorials are made to order with your chosen size, color, and engraving. Please check all details before you approve a custom order. Because these items are personalized, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or differ from the approved design.

Payment

Payment terms are set in your quote or partner account. Card payments are handled by a secure third-party processor. Production begins once payment or an approved purchase order is received.

Shipping and delivery

We ship direct from our facilities to your location. Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to production or carrier delays. Please inspect each shipment on arrival and report any damage right away.

Returns and claims

If a product arrives damaged or does not match the approved order, contact us within a reasonable time. We will repair, replace, or credit the item after we review the claim. Keep the packaging and photos to support your claim.

Use of the website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not copy our images, designs, or content without written permission. All site content is owned by H Stones or its parent company.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep product details accurate. Even so, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses that arise from use of the site or products, to the extent the law allows.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
